MEF Register of Audit Organizations
Entered in the Register of Audit Organizations of the MEF. Under Article 27 of Law ZRU-677, an audit organisation may carry out audit activity from the date it is entered in the Register.
Audit firm liability insurance
Liability of the audit organisation is insured with IMPEX INSURANCE JSC: policy EIID № 0110528, sum insured UZS 5,000,000,000, valid 27 May 2026 — 26 May 2027. Insurance is mandatory under Article 29 of Law ZRU-677.

Independence and confidentiality

Under Article 8 of Law ZRU-677, auditors may not disclose information obtained during an engagement without the client’s written consent, except where the law requires it (anti-corruption and AML/CFT legislation). Article 34 sets the cases in which an audit organisation may not audit an entity, and limits audits of the same entity to seven consecutive years. We sign an NDA on request, restrict access to engagement files to the engagement team and exchange documents through secure channels.
